Growth Analyst Intern (Business & Client Acquisition)
Work on real business growth by identifying clients, building outreach strategies, and helping scale CodexWebz across national and international markets.

We are looking for individuals who can understand business, identify opportunities, and contribute to client acquisition.
This role is directly aligned with how companies grow — through strategy, outreach, and execution.
What You’ll Be Working On
1. Company & Market Understanding
- Analyze CodexWebz services (Web Apps, Product Development, Consulting)
- Identify industries and markets where demand exists
- Understand target clients (Startups, SMEs, Enterprises)
2. Client Acquisition Strategy
You will not just “learn” — you will build strategy:
- Define Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Identify high-potential industries and geographies (India + Global)
- Build structured lead qualification criteria
3. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Use LinkedIn, Google, and directories for lead generation
- Perform cold outreach (LinkedIn messages, emails)
- Explore partnerships, referrals, and tech communities
- Support content-led growth (case studies, positioning)
4. Business Positioning
- Help define why clients should choose CodexWebz
- Identify client pain points and align solutions
- Work on messaging, pitch clarity, and differentiation
5. Sales Funnel & Process Understanding
You will get exposure to real workflows:
- Lead → Qualification → Requirement → Proposal → Closure
- Assist in preparing documents like:
- Proposals
- BRD (Business Requirement Document)
- SOW (Scope of Work)
- Coordinate with tech teams for requirement clarity
6. Performance Tracking (KPIs)
- Leads generated
- Qualified lead ratio
- Conversion rates
- Proposal-to-closure ratio
- Revenue per client
You’ll understand what actually drives revenue — not vanity metrics.
7. Technical Requirement Thinking
- Learn how to break down client requirements
- Identify features, modules, and user flows
- Support requirement validation and UAT thinking

- Comfort with outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls)
- Basic understanding of digital tools or willingness to learn
